Parker Aerts
A West Michigan native recognized for his leadership early on, Parker blends entrepreneurship, operational management, and community impact into a unified approach to elevating others. He is also the owner of Artman Outdoor Rentals, expanding access and representation in outdoor recreation. His background includes leading operations at a world-renowned security and canine-training organization and mentoring student-athletes through competitive coaching.
Parker earned his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship with a Leadership minor from Central Michigan University, where he also competed as a collegiate Track & Field athlete.

Ira Williams
Ira Williams brings more than two decades of experience in hiring, onboarding, training, sales, and management. His career in the staffing and recruiting industry includes leading high-performing teams, launching and operating his own staffing venture, and helping build two fast-growing staffing and recruiting companies. His track record reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence, workforce development, and people-centered leadership.
A servant leader at his core, Ira is guided by a focus on uplifting and empowering others. He is also a dedicated family man, raising nine children and proudly embracing his role as a grandfather. He lives by the words of Whitney Young: “It is better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one, than to have an opportunity and not be prepared.”
Ira continues to lead with integrity, vision, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals and organizations thrive.
