Meet Parker Aerts
Co-Founder & CFO
His goal is to build a better way forward for everyone. People are his passion. He deeply enjoys connecting with others and assisting in any way he can. He believes that we are stronger together than we could ever be apart.
Parker is a West Michigan native who has received various leadership awards throughout his development, including the Life Leadership Conferee of the Year Award. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Infinity Staffing Professionals and serves as the CEO of Artman Outdoor Rentals, an RV rental business. He is also an assistant track and field coach at Reeths-Puffer High School, specializing in sprints, hurdles, relays, jumps, and helping student-athletes prepare for the next steps in their lives.
Previously, Parker attended Central Michigan University on scholarships for Track & Field, academic excellence, and the Leadership Advancement Program. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Leadership. His experience includes raising and training working-line canines for personal, professional, and government use through West Michigan K9. He also has experience as the General Manager of Cerberus Security, a locally owned physical and K9 security company. With his innovative and ethical leadership abilities, Parker led Cerberus Security to become a top competitor in the security realm worldwide.

With over two decades of expertise in sales, management, and recruiting, Ira’s journey in the staffing industry has been nothing short of transformative. As the former General Manager of Shoreline Staffing and the founder and co-owner of Coastal Staffing Group, he has a proven track record of leadership and innovation. Currently, Ira is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Infinity Staffing Professionals, where his dedication to excellence continues to thrive.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ira is a devoted family man, proudly raising nine beautiful children and delighting in his role as a grandfather to one grandson. As a servant leader, Ira’s focus is always on uplifting and empowering others in all aspects of life. He lives by the wisdom of Whitney Young’s words: “It is better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one, than to have an opportunity and not be prepared.”
